Sandra Wiley is the COO and Senior Consultant with Boomer Consulting, Inc., with certification in Kolbe training methods. In her 11 years with Boomer Consulting, Sandra has worked with clients to strengthen their firm's human capital using Strategic Planning and Kolbe Index processes and procedures.
With a natural gift for bringing value to an audience, Sandra loves the challenge and reward that accompanies speaking to the dynamic accounting industry. Armed with a touch of humor, the participant leaves her session with a list of valuable ideas that they can implement right away. She writes a monthly column in the Boomer Bulletin™ on Human Resources issues and has been published in a number of industry publications including CPA Practice Management Report, Accounting Today, Accounting Web, The CPA Practice Management Forum, The CPA Report of South Carolina, Lagniappe of Louisiana and The Asset of Missouri Societies.
Sandra is also a contributing author for the Boomer Advantage…Successful Technology Consulting and her award-winning marketing plan titled Rebuilding the Community Bank was published with the Bank Marketing Association. Ms. Wiley is a graduate of Friends University, in Wichita, Kansas, with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and also graduated with honors from the University of Colorado School of Bank Marketing.
