All reservations should be made through AAA to ensure availability and rate. Reservations by telephone, fax, email or on-line will be accepted. The group’s room block will be released on May 16, 2008. All reservations received after this date will be reserved on a space available basis at the group rate. AAA’s preferred room rate is $169.00 per room per night plus tax (currently 15%) for single/double occupancy. The group rate has been extended three days pre and three days post the event for those wishing to spend a few days in the Dallas area.
