In addition to quality continuing education, unlimited networking opportunities will be available. Tuesday evening will feature the Conference’s Welcome Reception with our vendors at The Fairmont Dallas. This year the reception will help us set the tone for the 25th Anniversary celebration that lies ahead.

Both Wednesday and Thursday mornings include optional Power Walks for those who would like to kick start their day with some exercise while taking a brisk walking tour of the city. Participants should meet in the hotel lobby each morning for a 6:00 a.m. and 6:15 a.m. departure respectively. Walkers will return to the hotel in plenty of time to prepare for the day.

Wednesday evening, guests will participate in AAA’s 25th Anniversary Celebration Gala. The evening will be complete with fun, celebration, networking, a delicious dinner, awards and entertainment. Participants will be transported a short distance to Texas Stadium for a casual evening filled with surprises. Conference registrants will be captivated – a night out you won’t want to miss.

The Venue

After 30 years of existence, Texas Stadium is still one of the NFL’s best stadiums, and one of the most unique stadiums in the league. Partially domed, the hole in the center of the roof allows fans to stay dry but leaves the field open to the elements. With over 65,000 seats, 381 luxury suites, and a stadium club, the stadium is legendary. With the Dallas Cowboy’s new stadium opening in 2008 – Conference participants will be among the last to celebrate long standing tradition and visit this sports icon.
